Abstract
As we announced in the previous issue, the section PHILOSOPHICAL DISCOURSES OF WAR will be constantly active until our Victory. This topic will not be exhausted even after the end of active hostilities, the effect of the wartime legal regime, and other signs of war. Previous publications in this section have proven the relevance of the topic and the extraordinary breadth of the subject field, which opens a perspective for a wide range of researchers. The editors are waiting for new articles and other scientific texts on this issue and express the hope that our joint work will contribute to forming a more effective state and a stronger civil society in Ukraine.
