Postmodern philosophy / how does it function?
ESSAYS
Keywords:
postmodernism, seriality, rhizome, conjunction, neutralization, deanthropologization, chance, errorAbstract
The essay is an attempt of interdisciplinary exposure and explication of postmodern ideas and approaches, which takes into account their specificity. The widely dissemination of these ideas and approaches in different cultural strata, as well as the foundational impossibility of fixing them in the form of various ...isms is pointed out. A particular attention is paid to demonstrate, that postmodern philosophy does not provide any fundamental, univocal and central viewpoints concerning the world, life and man. Instead, the French philosopher Gilles Deleuze’s idea of seriality and conjunctivity (and) of events is reactivated. In this regard, the text is divided into insubordinated random episodes. However, it does not preclude they convergate. The problem of deanthropologization, neutralization, contingency in the context of postmodern philosophy is reproblematized.
