Інтерактивне феноменальне поле та життєвий простір: нарис екологічної концепції психотерапії
Анотація
Спираючись на феноменологію тіла та екологічну психологію, ця стаття впроваджує ряд понять, що вони сприяють подоланню панівної ідеї внутрішньої психіки та відповідного ін- дивідуалістичного погляду на психопатологію. До цих понять належать: феноменальне поле, зажитий простір, інтертілесність та тілесна пам’ять. Вони відповідають втіленому, енак- тивістському та екологічному поглядові на ментальність. На їх підставі психіатричні хво- роби можна розглядати як реляційні розлади, що даються взнаки у розмаїтих перекрученнях та обмеженнях зажитого простору пацієнта. Тож головним завданням психотерапії є ви- користання інтерактивного феноменального поля як засобу реструктуризації реляційних патернів пацієнта, підтримка його чи її здатності бути залученими до сприятливіших ін- теракцій з іншими. У такий спосіб феноменологія може посприяти глибшому розумінню складних процесів психотерапевтичної зустрічі.
