Abstract

This is the second round table dedicated to the Russian-Ukrainian war, the first one was held in 2014 under the title "War and Society", the materials of which were published in the first issue of "Philosophical Thought" for 2015. Its themes were largely devoted to hybrid warfare. Unfortunately, the war has not ended since then. Moreover, it escalates. The Russian-Ukrainian war has been going on for almost four months. However, in Russia it is called a special military operation.
