Philosophy in Belarus at the turn of 20-21st centuries

The article reviews the state and basic trends of philosophy development in Belarus in the post-Soviet period. Special attention is given to the traditions and research directions in the field of philosophical knowledge, which have been formed or which are forming chiefly within the walls of the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The article presents the peculiarities of interrelation between the Soviet philoso phical tradition and new principles of intellectual culture, which are forming within the framework of urgent problems of modern socio-humanistic knowledge.
