Features of the Ukrainian translation of the classics of psychology of religion

Abstract

In this issue of Philosophical Thought, we publish the materials of the seminar "Laboratory of Scientific Translation," which was devoted to discussing the Ukrainian translation of the work of James Leuba "Psychological study of religion: its origin, functions, and future." The seminar was held on December 23, 2019, at the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies of the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation and Folio Publishing House. The text of the Ukrainian translation was presented by the translator of the work Anna Maria Basauri Zyuzina. The experts were Andriy Bondar and Oleksandr Sarapin. Vakhtang Kebuladze moderated the seminar.
